What We Did Forget

 

"Never Forget" has long been a battle cry in the United States and after September 11, 2001 it became cemented in our minds. After the 9/11 attacks Americans and even our politicians set differences aside. We all came together in support of first responders, New Yorkers, the people lost at The Pentagon, the families of those lost on Flight 93. We ( us non-New Yorkers) didn't hate the Yankees that year. Most of the country could cheer for the New England Patriots in a Super Bowl. The U.S. flag was flying everywhere you turned. We cared a little more about our neighbors. 

We were willing to let the government take away a little bit of our freedom in the name of fighting terrorism. We sent care packages to troops who were sent off to fight "the war on terror." We gave donations for any fundraiser in the name of first responders. Through the horrible events of 9/11, as the dust cleared we learned of amazing stories of bravery, sacrifice, compassion. Strangers helping strangers. Strangers rallying together on hijacked plane, to not let what happened three times already, happen a fourth time. Evil arrived and it brought out the best in us.

But it didn't last. Yes, every year on 9/11 we post pics and write "Never Forget," but our every day actions show the rest of the year show differently. 

As time went on we all drifted back to a regular day to day. We and our politicians dug back into our political trenches. First in ways like withholding military funding and money for the First Responders Survivors Fund, as a way of grandstanding and playing politics with people's lives. Then, as we were struck with another test of our resiliency and humanity, a large portion of our country, who have pumped full of lies from Trump, Republican politicians, Fox News, Alex Jones and and other right wing media outlets, refused to come together to fight off COVID. They were willing to give up freedoms with "The Patriot Act" but wearing a mask is a bridge too far. They want Trump's name on the COVID Vaccine, but they refuse to get the vaccine.

"Never forget! Never forget! NEVER FORGET!"

Yet 650,000 Americans have died in the last couple years since COVID hit, with more every day and most people forgot them seconds after they passed. The number of COVID deaths is equal to 9/11 happening 217 times. Why is it so easy to forget the lives lost from COVID?

Americans yelled "Never Forget" after the Sandy Hook school shooting, but nothing legitimate was done by our leaders to prevent it from happening again. School shootings and mass shooting continue and many forgot all about the young children from Sandy Hook who would have been starting high school this year.

Americans seem to have no problem forgetting. Forgetting loss, forgetting facts, forgetting science, forgetting history. What we forgot most was our decency, compassion, humanity, our togetherness.

So when you post your yearly "Never Forget" bullshit, think about how much you really have forgotten.

I know this may bother some people but, tough shit.

Remember back when 9-11 happened? This whole country mourned the loss of life that happened. We were one and we were pissed and sad...and Johnny Red, White and Blue every year since screams “Never Forget!”

But here we sit today, dealing with COVID. How many have died? I’ll break it down for you. Since COVID has come to the U.S. 9-11 has happened 85 times. Get it. 85 times what we should never forget has happened and much of this country doesn’t acknowledge it. Lacks empathy. Some call it a hoax. Many fight against wearing a mask. States are suing their governors for trying to keep them safe. There are some Governors who don’t care about their people and refuse to believe the science or the math. The math that shows the number of COVID deaths is equal to 9-11 happening 85 times!

I feel bad for all those who suffered tragic loss because of 9-11. But I feel worse for all those who have suffered loss because of COVID. Not be their number is 85 times greater, but because so many deny their loss is real. Because their President lied and his lies caused the loss to increase. Because so many elected officials refuse to do all that is needed to slow this down. Because so many Johnny Red, White, and Blues don’t give a fuck that 9-11 has happened 85 times in 9 months.

I’ll never forget, what a bunch of bullshit so many Americans are.

We Need Politicians to Feel the Pain of COVID19

It is time...There are far too many politicians that refuse to take COVID-19 seriously...And it starts at the top...The White House...This idiot Trump keeps spewing his bullshit lie that COVID "will just disappear"....Child fucker, please!

Now as he has ordered that all hospitals' COVID data be sent directly to his administration and not to the CDC...This is just another move to continue feeding lies and misinformation to the American public...Even worse, to give no information to the public...

Yes, there is a ton of talk about the White House's attack campaign against Dr. Anthony Fauci...It's a bullshit, dick-move, but completely expected from these dolts...The Trump administration takes no accountability and will always try to throw blame on anyone else...Honestly, I don't care a whole lot about the damage done to Fauci...The guy is smart enough to know what the fuck he was getting into, being part of this asshole administration...went along for the ride quietly and never spoke out against the administration when there was no pandemic but they were fucking plenty of shit up...So I got no tears for the guy...

Today it came out that Georgia's idiot Governor, Brian Kemp is overruling local governments' orders that require people to wear masks in public...Kemp said mandating wearing mask in public is "a bridge too far."  WTF!!??!!  This all while cases in his state and all across the country are going through the roof...More and more states have ICU's hitting their breaking point...

Florida, which has lead the charge in stupidity, thanks largely to idiot Governor Ron DeSantis...This guy is a full blown idiotic Trump believer...first refusing to shut anything down...Then when they were forced to, they lead the charge for rushed reopening's...Now they are leading the charge along with Trump and stupid, ignorant whore Betsy DeVos, that schools should be open and fully stocked with our kids come the Fall...While this is going on, of all the children tested for COVID-19 in Florida, 31.1% have tested positive!

This virus that so many talking heads, and corrupt politicians say doesn't affect kids, or has little affect on them, is hitting plenty of kids...31.1% of just those tested in Florida...It has been proven that those who recover are left with permanent lung damage...Some with permanent heart damage...Autopsies show blood clots in multiple organs ass the virus turns blood into sludge...This thing is evil and seems to morph or just has a fuck load of effects...And these assholes want to put kids into schools, where it can easily spread amongst them and school staff, then be carried home...

They expect teachers to not only teach kids but stay on top of them to make sure they are following the guidelines...Think about just the insanity of trying to keep a class of 20-30 kindergarteners to keep their face masks on...Christ we can't get fucking "Karen" to wear one to Trader Joe's or Walmart....

My son's High School has over 2,000 students...How the fuck do you expect that many kids to follow the guidelines...To not goof off, not fuck, not be kids? How the hell do you expect the staff to keep a school that size disinfected every single day?

Then you have the good Mayors, Governors, and other elected officials...The ones like Governor Mike DeWine in Ohio who tried to be proactive right from the start...He has been bashed for trying to keep people safe and save lives...He had to go on TV last night and plead with people to wear masks...

This meme right here, perfectly sums up the ignorance of so many people here in Pennsyltucky as Governor Wolf has tried to battle COVID...

So, the way I see it, we need some of these idiotic, stupid ass politicians to suffer from COVID...They need to catch it...Their wives, kids, grandkids, sorry but they need it too...They need to to feel the pain...They need to personally be impacted by COVID-19...Some need to fucking die from it...Then, maybe...Maybe they'll take it seriously...They'll suddenly care about our families if only because they care about theirs...

Yes, even if it impacts Trump's family, he won't give a fuck...He only cares about himself, and when will be the next time he can stick his tiny, orange cock in Ivanka again....

A Political Rant

For the last 20 years what is the # 1 thing the U.S. has produced?

War...it’s been non-stop since 9/11...get the terrorists...get the oil...oust this bad guy...oust that bad guy...and our President is trying to keep that trend going...but what good has come from it all?

None...every country we have invaded is a fucking shit show now...every dictator we ousted has opened the door for extremist to take hold...our wars have created and strengthened hatred of our country throughout the Middle East....War has taken countless lives and many of those that live through it are broken...

This shit with Iran...so many people seem to fail to realize our President started this...all of it...taking out the Iranian general wasn’t the first missile we sent their way...Protests and then attacks on our embassy in Iraq happened because our government bombed some Iranians...but Fox News or CNN for that matter aren’t telling you that.

As for you fucktards angry at those rallying or protesting against war...there is nothing more American then using the freedom of speech we have and standing up for what one believes in...

As for you gung-ho mother fuckers all wanting to kick ass in Iran and Iraq...take your 17 and 18 year old sons and daughters to the local recruiting office and sign them up for the military...and sign yourself up too mother fucker....No, no, no...you don’t get to use the Trump “bone spurs” excuse, or the you’re too old and got a bad knee from your high school football glory days shit...

Monday Moaning (Make America Smart Again)

America...The greatest country in the world...Well, at least that's what we Americans say...And what the hell do I know, I haven't lived anywhere else...But this country was built on freedom...And if nothing else the idea of what America should be was some great shit...But I feel slowly the country has been going off the rails...Mainly because our political system has been corrupted...Originally a Government of the people, by the people, for the people...Now a Government of people, ignoring the people, for themselves...

So it is no surprise that so many people like the idea of Bernie Sanders shaking shit up...While a career politician, he's not the typical politician, and clearly hasn't worked well with the DC machine...If it wasn't for the DNC rigging the system, Sanders would be a pubic hair away from snagged the nomination away from Clinton....

Clinton is and has been a part of the machine...It's understandable why people don't like/trust her...She plays the games...She puts on fake accents when speaking to people in the south, or largely black groups...She panders to everyone but only looks out for those who line her pockets...And when she speaks at rallies, she sounds like an old hand crank siren, slowly revving into that god-awful wail or hers...Like a broken fucking trumpet....

Then we come to Trump...I totally get why people have gravitated to this ass-hat...He looks like a political outsider...He shoots from the hip when he speaks...Doesn't think shit through at all...just says what he feels, no matter how stupid it is...No matter how much of a lie it is...And my does he lie...But give him credit, he stands by his lies...He holds his ground...

He says he'll get things done and back it up with 'because I said so'....He says racist shit, that he doesn't think is racist...But it pulls in a group of dolts...He says Reality TV show guy stuff that has a catchy tag-line...Boom, he grabs another group of dolts...He pontificates about what a great business man he is, and that's how he's going to fix the economy and "Make America Great Again"...He grabs more dolts with that...Dolts that ignore that just about all his businesses have gone under...(The guy tried to sell steaks exclusively at Sharper Image!  Can you say retard?)   Or like Trump University, were a scam...He will tell you about Clinton possibly being indicted, but not the the numerous lawsuits that are pending against him...

Americans are sick of the way things have been...Parties drawing lines in the sand and not working together...Their representatives not voting how the people feel, but voting based on backroom deals...They're sick of delegates and super-delegates going against their vote...They're sick of stupid ass caucuses being decided by coin flips...They're sick of the Electoral College and just want a straight up and down popular vote...Americans aren't being listened to by the people that represent them...They're pissed...

So Trump is capitalizing off of this...The big DC outsider is going to shake things up...There's one problem...Trump isn't an outsider...Trump has been lining the pockets of City, State, and Federal government officials forever...Trump has put money in the pockets of politicians from both parties...Including his now rivals, Bill and Hilary Clinton...

Trump does what is best for him...He won't do what's best for you...Trump joins whatever party is best for him personally:

*Legalize pot...Tax that shit just like alcohol and cigarettes...It's no worse for your health then those legal substances...So lets legally sell it, buy it, tax it, and use those tax dollars to help improve our fucked up public school systems...

*Do away with pennies...It costs 3 cents to make that stupid 1 cent coin...start rounding to the nearest nickle...

*Legalize Prostitution...Many of us provide services in our jobs...So do whores...People should stop looking down on them just because the perform acts for money, that most self respecting people wouldn't...I mean seriously...There are very few women out there who are gonna let you bang the hell out of them and then take a shit on their face....Or give you a blow job while you're taking a dump...
The benefits to this...Now we can regulate these women...Have them tested regularly, so there isn't a fear of disease...And most importantly...These gashes are finally paying taxes on all that cash they've been making eating cock!

*Civil Rights...Civil Rights is defined: "the rights of citizens to political and social freedom and equality."  Okay fuckers...That means everyone...White, Black, Hispanic, Gay, Straight, what the fuck ever...And no you are not allowed to drag religion into this...Remember separation of Church and State....Remember the First Amendment?  "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

We are not a "Christian Nation"...We are a nation of many religions...Just as we are a nation of immigrants...Remember back in second when Sister Rose taught us about America being "The Great Melting Pot"...Then we all grew up and a bunch of us became idiots wanting to build Trump's wall because some how Mexicans stole your jobs...Last I checked you had no intention of picking of being out in the heat all day picking vegetables for $20 a day...

*Close the tax loopholes and stop with the insane tax breaks for corporations...Don't believe how bad it is...In 2011 Citigroup made $4 billion in profits and paid no federal income tax...from 2007-2011 General Electric made $26 billion in profits and not only paid no federal income tax, it got a $4.1 billion refund... Boeing gets approximately a $100 million refund from the IRS annually...Conoco Phillips, which is the fifth largest oil company in the United States, made $16 billion in profits from 2007 through 2009, but received $451 million in tax breaks...I can go on for day with this shit people...It's public record...But so many don't bother to look...

That's why we have to make AMERICA SMART AGAIN...So we can get control of our politicians...And get control of our country...

Shootings, Race, and Mental Illness

Well, the title listed some serious hot button issues there, so I figure we may as well just push that envelope as far as we can with a nice picture...

So, our country has had another fucked up mass shooting...A little racist douchebag in South Carolina shot 9 people after a Wednesday night Bible study group...Since then there have been a number of issues batted around...The media touches on them...People touch on them, but no one really talks...They tiptoe around it all because everyone is afraid of offending some one else...Well, not me kids...

Topic 1.  The Confederate Flag...Lots of people suddenly think it should be done away with...They want South Carolina to stop flying it...Okay, I'm not from the South, so I don't get the big connection people in the South have to it...And I'll never be from the South...I'll never live there...I hate the fucking heat...And while I do one helluva impression of a Bible-belt, hillbilly, redneck, accent, I don't fucking want to hear it everyday of my life...But let me say this about your silly fucking flag you hold near and dear...the Civil War ended...YOU FUCKING LOST!  The North won...The slaves were freed...Oh, and far too long after, segregation ended...And no matter how much those things you never lived through really piss you off, it's the way it is...Been that way your whole life, so grow the fuck up...Your great, great grand-daddy lost!  Burn every fucking Confederate flag left!

Topic 2.   President Obama said nigger...The President was on Comedian, actor, broadcaster/podcaster Marc Maron's "WTF Podcast"...Maron is known for leaning left, but I was surprised the President decided to go on it...Supposedly his people reached out to Maron for the interview...And for the first time in awhile he said some real, honest shit...But everyone missed it, or well, the media didn't talk about it anything except him saying nigger...They acted like he was walking around the room just saying 'nigger, nigger, nigger, nigger'....No...He was talking about race and how it's still clearly a big problem in out country...So here is the full context of what he was saying....

Topic 3.   There has been a complaint that when one of these white asshole, psychos shoots up a school, movie theater, of church, that they are given a pass with the 'They're mentally ill' excuse...(I refuse to use the names of asshole shooters like this dick-bag in South Carolina...I won't give them the cocksucker attention they want)...But the fucker in Connecticut, Colorado, and this fuck down South...Do any of them look like they have an ounce of sanity?  No! They all have a mile long stare...Fucked up hairstyles because they're pleading 'look at me!'  But we don't...We look away, because we can tell they're bat-shit crazy...Which is a huge problem on our part...Everyone is so sensitive these days in America, we aren't allowed to call for the authorities just because some fuck-tard looks like a lunatic...We have to wait until he does some crazy shit...But then it's too late...

But whatever...Back to the shooting part of it all...While the shit-bag in South Carolina is a racist, I refuse to just leave it at that...He is also nuts...Mentally ill just like the other fuckers from Colorado and Connecticut...But I'm not stopping there...In this country there are shootings everyday...EVERY FUCKING DAY...And you know what...All those shooters are mentally ill on some level as well...I don't care if it was a black gang members shooting Hispanic gang members...The three young black teens in Philly who got "bored" shot, robbed and killed a white man walking his dog Last Month...They are all mentally ill...If you are not defending your life, or someone else's life, you are mentally fucked if you can just kill anyone that easily...There is no difference...A killer is a killer, and a killer is fucked up in the head...

And I have no use for trying to rehabilitate any of them...No treatment...No jail...They bring nothing to the table...They all need to be erased...

Topic 4.   Gun Control Laws...Lets be honest...There are no gun laws, background check bullshit, any of that shit, that would have stopped the shithead in South Carolina...The only way to stop shootings is to get rid of every gun in this country...And that ain't happening...We can't get the losers of the Civil War to get rid of their flag, how would we get everyone in the country to get rid of their guns...And with how little we trust our shithead government, we may need to hold onto them...But seriously, how did anyone look at Connecticut kid, Colorado kid, and South Carolina racist kid, and think anyone of those fucking dolts could responsibly handle gun ownership!?! 

I'm not a gun guy and my screaming liberal wife doesn't want one around...But I'll be honest, with how fucked up and violent our country has been acting, I've thought of getting one to protect my family...

Topic 5.   Honest Discussion about Race....I have heard so many talking heads in the media, as well as politicians say that this is what we need as a country...But none of them are willing to actually sit down with real people and do it...They'll get a panel together with a few different professors and lawyers with different ethnic backgrounds, and they'll kick the can around, and then it's all forgotten...Because nothing real is said...And Don Lemon with a couple professors and lawyers doesn't represent you, or me, or anyone except for TV douchebags, lawyers and professors...

I saw Lemon down in South Carolina talking to some little douchebag about the racial issues...In the background was a black woman...A regular black woman who just lost friends, who were shot in her church...She was shouting at them...Wanting her feeling heard...She said things about the President...She called Lemon and "Uncle Tom"...She voicing her frustration...You know what they said..."Lets go to commercial so we can have a real discussion."  Fuck You Don! Fuck you CNN! You had chance to put her on the TV and try to have a back and forth with her...Let a real voice be heard...Maybe bring in some other folks from the neighborhood...It could have been amazing TV...But you fuckers were scared...And you think a "real discussion" just means you suits...

America, we have problems...We need to figure them out...And we need to do it without our shitty media screwing it up, and our politicians scamming it for political gain...Real, free, and honest discussion is welcome here...Call me an asshole if you need to...Just try to back it up with some reasoning.

Monday Moaning

Well, my weekend had started out pretty damn good...Friday night the wife and I went to dinner...We both had steak, because that fish on Friday thing is crap...Just an old bullshit deal the Church worked out with the fishermen to help increase the sales of fish...Then we saw the movie "Safe House"...Pretty good...I liked it...Kept you wondering, and had some good action...Then on the way home I talked the wife into giving me some road head...Always good!

But after about an hour after wee got home, something happened...Something went wrong...Twitter blew up with the news that the Washington Redskins had traded 3 first round picks, and a 2nd round pick to the Rams, to move up to the number two slot in the draft...Locking up the ability to draft Robert Griffin III...My dream of seeing this was crushed


Kid looked good in Brown and Orange...

I was pissed...Then rumors came out that the Browns had actually been in the mix...Offering almost as much...But honestly, I don't believe anything Adam Schefter says...Guy just throws shit against the wall and waits to see if it sticks...He's wrong at least 75% of the time! So I'm skeptical about how much the Browns really dug into the trade talks...

That said, looking at all the holes the Browns have to fill, and the fact that GM Tom Heckert said he doesn't plan on making a splash in free agency, maybe it's better they didn't give up this year's 1st and 2nd, along with their next two 1st rounders...(Yeah, I'm trying to be positive)...

Then of course we have had to deal with the Peyton Manning circus...Christ, early in the week the news broke that the Colts were going to release Manning, and all the fuck-stains at ESPN acted as if they were shocked by this...We all knew this was going to happen. Why is everyone going bat-shit about it?

Then the "Bounty-gate" talk has continued...First, I'm sick of everything semi-scandalous event, or topic having "gate" added to the end of it...This is all Nixon's fault...Ever since Watergate, we have had to put up with this...But fuck-heads, it took place in the Watergate Hotel...Gate doesn't mean bad, or dirty, or scandal...It was just part of the hotels name...So knock off all the "gate" shit!

Second, fuck all this pussy talk about this bounty shit...Monstrous men, playing a violent game, having their coach offer them money to take the violence up a notch...How and why is it so shocking? What shocking is it took this long for some one to actually talk about it...

Now I'm going to get into the political waters...Always dangerous, I know...I've avoided politics for awhile...I've been pretty much sick of all these dolts! But I have to speak up about this Rick Santorum idiot...

Listen, I understand and I can respect that there are people who's political views can be some-what shaped by their faith...But this guy is out there constantly talking about religion...Nothing about the economy...Nothing about foreign policy...Nothing about the environment...Nothing about the cost of education going up, while the quality of education is going down...It's just all about his Christianity...Are you running for President of the United States, or High Priest?

Santorum said that Kennedy's speech about separation of Church and State made him want to puke...Then I see some idiot bitch on TV saying she likes him because he believes in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights...No he doesn't! If he did he'd be all for Separation of Church and State...This country was founded Freedom of Religion...Not 'freedom to be Christian and if you aren't we're going to force our beliefs on you.'

And then of course there was big, fat, Rush Limbaugh calling a young woman a slut, and a prostitute...Rush and Rick don't think women's contraception should be covered by insurance or medicare/medicaid...Nor should having their tubes tide...Yet it's okay for a vasectomy to be covered...It's okay for Limbaugh's Viagra prescription to be covered...And yes, all those old timers have Viagra covered by Medicare/Medicaid...

Rush likes to stand on some moral high ground...Really, guy who has been divorced 3 times...He's on wife #4, yet he's fathered no kids...Were they using contraception? Has Rush been shooting blanks all these years? Maybe...Could be a side effect from all those years abusing Oxy!

It's odd, these two guys are a couple of these fuckers who say Government is too big, and needs to back off...But then they want to tell people what they can and can't do in their bedrooms...They turn around and say, 'You two women can't love each other, can't muff dive, and can't get married.' Or they say, 'Of course have sex with your wife, but no birth control allowed.' Or, 'Sorry you had a fucked up family member who sexually abused you, and got you pregnant, but you aren't allowed to abort it.' Yet none of these fuckers are standing in line to adopt the unwanted children they want to force women to have...

I'm Not Sure I Like Tim Thomas Anymore

The Boston Bruins went to the White House to meet the President, as all Championship teams do...But Tim Thomas decided to decline the invite saying...

And the Founding Fathers' original vision, I would venture to say didn't include, roads, bridges, and railroads all over the entire country, going over, around, and through mountains...Crossing major bodies of water, and rivers...Or keeping up with the ever growing population, and their waste...And educating that population as well...

But I shouldn't be surprised...Often when people come into money, they become more anti-government, and anti-taxes...As Thomas has not been making his millions for very long...Hell, I'm broke, and I'm not a fan of the government, or taxes, but I understand they have a role, and that taxes are needed to take care of things...Thomas seems like one of those dopes that said, "Keep your damn hands off my medicare!" Never mind that medicare is funded by our taxes !

How about this then...Take your own trash to the dump...Plow your streets yourself...Repave those roads and fix those bridges yourself...Teach your own kids how to read and write and count...Just start with that, Mr. INDIVIDUAL, and tell me if you don't want government around...

Yes, Tim Thomas has every right not to attend...He said this was not about politics as he made it about politics...But the classy thing would have been showing a bit of respect for the Office of the President...No matter who is in there, that's the classy thing to do...

What are the politicians doing, besides vacationing? I actually DVR'ed all the Sunday morning news shows and watched them all this week...What idiots...One Tea-Party dope said if The President would have listened to the Tea-Party and given $4 Trillion in cuts, we wouldn't have this problem...Yeah, except there was a plan being worked on between The President, and leadership from both parties...It had $4 Trillion in cuts, and had reform to Medicare and Social Security...But God forbid, it also had closing Tax loop-holes, so the largest companies would actually pay taxes, and not get unnecessary rebates...Those would have brought in $4 Trillion...

Get it, cut $4 Trillion, and add $4 Trillion would make us plus $8 Trillion...But these hard-line Republicans, and Tea-Party dopes screamed no...So now all we have is $2 Trillion in cuts, so we're still pretty much screwed...And instead of fixing shit, all our politicians are on vacation, saying it's all some one else's fault...You all waited until the last minute, and you all screwed up...Get back to work, listen to the people, and do the work the people pay you to do...

-But at least we aren't in Africa...


Yes, Africa, where there are 600,000 children on the verge of dying from starvation...If a major drought isn't enough, then there are the Muslim extremists who have been on a killing spree, driving already sick, and hungry families from there homes, and to refugee camps...Then these warlords are also stopping aid from getting to the refugees as much as possible...And the U.N. says they only have enough money and supplies to last another 3 weeks...

It's odd how our Government, and NATO, and the U.N. don't really seem to care about Muslims extremists committing genocide in Africa, but all other Muslim extremists are bad and need to be taken out...Ummm, if we're gonna take on this crusade, then let's handle all of the nut jobs...

Monday Moaning

Some one needs to do some cleaning around here! Why not her!?!

So I haven't written shit this past week...I have lacked any and all motivation...There has been plenty to write about...Football Free-Agency/Trade Madness...The MLB trading deadline deals...And of course, a topic I spent plenty of time watching...Those ass-hat, fuck-stain, bastards in DC...No, not the Redskins or Nationals, or Capitals...The Republicans, and the Democrats, and the Tea-party fuck-ups...Shit if I start there, I'll lose it...I'll close with those cunts...

MLB Trade Deadline...That's where we'll start...I'm not going to get into all the Bullshit...But I'm gonna get into the Indians...

First they trade some scrap for Kosuke Fukudome...An overrated, weak hitting outfielder...Okay they needed some one who could hit in the outfield, but they really need a power-hitting rightly...Then I was pissed when the Phillies landed Hunter Pence for a couple single-A players and 2 players to be named...Now those single-A guys are suppose to be top prospects...But fuck it, they are 2-3 years away from the majors...And prospects are just prospects...No guarantees in Baseball!

But the Tribe made a BIG splash Saturday night when they out-bid everyone for Rockies pitcher, Ubaldo Jimenez...The Indians did what they always say they won't do...They traded their top two pitching prospects...There are a lot of Indians fans who aren't happy about this...These are the same fuckers who say the Indians are always too cheap to make a big move...Shut the fuck up, they just did!

The Indians have fooled everyone for years that they are masters of young talent...But so many of these prospects never pan out, or they leave just as they are hitting their stride...Fuck it, sell them while they're hot! Look at Grady Sizemore...Bitch can't stay healthy and when he does play, he strikes out religiously...Stop crying about Double-A pitchers being traded, and be happy the Indians just landed a head-case, Ace...Yes, Jimenez told the Tribe he won't be able to pitch in Boston this week...He is emotionally beat up...Shit, he just didn't want to get beat up in Fenway by the Sox...

The Indians made another trade, that really bothered me...They traded Orlando Cabrerra to the Gianst for an outfield prospect...O. Cabrerra was the veteran this team needed...He kept people loose, and taught them as well...He is the guy that worked with Asdrubal Cabrerra and his swing, which has lead to a major upgrade in power...Oh, am I the only guy that noticed that no matter what team Orlando Cabrera is on, it always makes it to the post season...The guy has needed experience...

I was also happy for Pirates fans, who saw their team make moves to get Derek Lee and Ryan Ludwick...Those are a couple of bats that could really help the Pirates...I wish the Tribe could have landed one of those right-handed bats...

Another part of the problem, is certain Tea Party supporters and Republicans...Probably some Dems too...They believe in "The American Dream"...But their belief is different then many...To most people that means having a better life then your parents, and providing a better life for your kids, then you had...To these dopes, it's to become Millionaires...They think everyone, especially themselves, will one day, have millions fall in their lap...So they don't want to see taxes go up on the richest 2% or on huge profit making companies, because damn it, one day that will be them...

Fixing the Deficit Isn't as Hard as They Say

I'm not bullshitting you...Try and look at it the way you look at running your household...What happens when your bills become more than what you bring in? You stop buying a $4 coffee on the way to work...You don't order out as much...No fancy dinners for awhile...You cut the non-essential stuff...What else do you do? You try to bring in more money...Pickup a couple extra shifts...One of you goes from part-time to full-time...You do what you have to do...

Sadly our politicians don't want to do any work...They all keep talking about cuts...Cuts are fine...But none of them talk about bringing in any more revenue...They're all afraid to raise taxes on us, and for some reason they think that is the only revenue stream...But there is another way...Start taxing BIG BUSINESS more...Or some of them, start taxing! Stop giving them their unneeded rebates...They help the government has given them hasn't produced more jobs...It's done nothing to help the economy...

Look at how easy 10 of America's companies have it...Then think about how hard it is for you to get by...

10. Carnival Cruise Lines over the past five years made more than $11 billion in profits, but its federal income tax rate during those years was just 1.1 percent...

9. Conoco Phillips, which is the fifth largest oil company in the United States, made $16 billion in profits from 2007 through 2009, but received $451 million in tax breaks...

American Exceptionalism is Dying

This week, on Friday, the Final NASA Space Shuttle Mission will launch...Yes, it the end of an era...The Space Shuttle Program ha been scrapped...NASA had been working on the rockets to replace the Space Shuttles, but the President killed the budget for NASA...

President Obama has always talked creating jobs, and how research and development is the area we need to excel...He talked about creating jobs when he came to Cleveland...Well thanks to cutting NASA's budget, there have been more jobs lost in Cleveland/Ohio...One of the rockets that was scrapped, was being designed at the NASA Lewis Glenn Research Center...Great move!

Research and Development he said...NASA has been at the forefront of research and development...So much of the technology we have today is because of NASA...We have microwaves because of NASA...Thanks to NASA's R & D we have phones the size of infants' hands, that have more power, memory, and capabilities, then were ever imagined when the first computer was built...It was the size of a house...

NASA was a major reason for American Exceptionalism...President Obama has spoken of it repeatedly...Many people have said that he is a perfect example of American Exceptionalism...No! NASA was...There is nothing exceptional about taking away their funding, killing more jobs, and killing the county's leader in R & D...

Now I voted for the President, and this is one of the things he's done, that has disappointed me...I just blame him...No one in DC has fought for NASA...They all keep talking about making cuts, but they aren't willing take any cuts to their benefits, or to their staff, or to their salary...Cut, cut, cut, as long as it doesn't affect their comfy life...They've all been running on jobs, then they turn around and cut police, fire, and teacher's jobs left an right...

Don't fund R & D leader NASA, but bailout the banks twice...(Once under Bush, once under Obama)...Bailout big Auto...Tax cuts for Big Oil...Tax cuts for the wealthiest 2% but screw the middle class...I had "HOPE" that there could possibly be some real "CHANGE" but clearly there is no changing politics...

And I can't say I won't vote for President Obama again, because right now, there are a bunch of fuck-tards running, who let any nonsense that pops into their head, spill out of their mouths, no matter how stupid it is...Mitt Romney isn't totally awful, except for back-pedaling from everything he did as Governor of Massachusetts, and being a Mormon....That's really dumb....

It's clear that are leaders, and those who want to lead, are lacking American Exceptionalism...If our leaders are lacking it, then it's that much harder for the everyman to reach it...Where is our future heading?

This is what the Department of Justice is working on...I understand we whacked Bin Laden, but there is still plenty of important shit for these guys to do...Why do politicians, elected and appointed feel the need to stick their noses into shit like sports, when there are so many more issues that should be on their plates?

Ignorance Was Bliss (part 1)

I've been in a mood lately...Yes, I'm over-tired, but that doesn't really have anything to do with it...I've realized how much easier life was when I didn't give a shit about anything other than myself...Sex, drinking, and rock & roll...

I was always interested in History...Hell 6 more credits and I could be an unemployed History teacher...So because of that I always paid attention to the news, but back in my youth, it didn't really impact me that much...Then I got married, and started pumping out kids, now I had to care/worry about people other than myself...Now the news has a much bigger impact on me, and I'm starting to hate it....

I pay too much attention to politics, and what is going on in the world! I don't actually believe that...People who have no clue about what is going on in the world make me nuts...But I wish I didn't care as much as I do...I sure as hell would be a happier man...So I'm going to be posting a few blogs about shit in the news that really has me pissed off...Some you may know about...Some you may not...

First up, the Great State of Ohio...It seems there is always something popping up in my home state that makes me physically ill...Recently and quietly, the state legislature has been working on a bill that would make it legal for people that have a Concealed-Carry permit, to wear/carry their gun with them into a bar, restaurant, or sporting venue...So we want to mix guns and alcohol? What the fuck are these people thinking...Listen, I'm not some hippie, anti-gun fuck-tard...You want your gun, that's fine...But the last thing we need is guys in a bar, getting heated over sports or politics, and then boom...Dead bodies everywhere...

Christ there's a guy in a coma, because he was wearing a Giants cap, and some boozed up Dodgers fans beat his ass for it...Now we'll let them bring their guns!?! Fuck that! The Indians thought ticket sales were bad before, just wait until half the seats sold are people who are strapped...

This just seems, stupid and unnecessary...And it will pass, because the NRA has boat loads of money and lobbyists helping t o push it through...

I jokingly called Ohio, Little Texas...Then I started thinking about that place...It can't all be bad...But their governor is an ass-hat...I saw how the wild-fires are raging all over the state of Texas, and while I feel bad for the citizens, my first thought was fuck'em...WHY? Because their ass-hat governor Rick Perry wants to secede from the United States...Go ahead and be part of Mexico then dummy...And while your state is burning, don't go asking us for any federal assistance and aid...You want to be on your own...Go for shithead!

Since I was talking Ohio, and idiot governors, I guess I need to come back to Ohio...Since Our new Governor has stepped into office, he has given his staff raises, then told us we need to make cuts...He's trying to take down the police, fire, and teachers unions, just like that asshole in Wisconsin...

Then Governor Kasich who was one of these fuck-stains that ran on getting more jobs here, and how important education is to our future, put forth his budget...So much for jobs...His budget has fucked cities so badly, that they are all looking at shit-canning police officers, firefighters, and teachers...More jobs you say Mr. Kasich...You budget just got 700 Cleveland School Teachers and staff fired...

Now I agree that we as a country and as individual states need to make some cuts...The debt in this country is insane, but these twats refuse to look in their own home for cuts...I'm sure our public officials can get by without some of that over inflated staff they have...Why not take a pay cut, instead of the pay increase this year? Oh that's right...You say you care about us folks, but really we know that's all bullshit...You're a politician...
