What We Did Forget

 

"Never Forget" has long been a battle cry in the United States and after September 11, 2001 it became cemented in our minds. After the 9/11 attacks Americans and even our politicians set differences aside. We all came together in support of first responders, New Yorkers, the people lost at The Pentagon, the families of those lost on Flight 93. We ( us non-New Yorkers) didn't hate the Yankees that year. Most of the country could cheer for the New England Patriots in a Super Bowl. The U.S. flag was flying everywhere you turned. We cared a little more about our neighbors. 

We were willing to let the government take away a little bit of our freedom in the name of fighting terrorism. We sent care packages to troops who were sent off to fight "the war on terror." We gave donations for any fundraiser in the name of first responders. Through the horrible events of 9/11, as the dust cleared we learned of amazing stories of bravery, sacrifice, compassion. Strangers helping strangers. Strangers rallying together on hijacked plane, to not let what happened three times already, happen a fourth time. Evil arrived and it brought out the best in us.

But it didn't last. Yes, every year on 9/11 we post pics and write "Never Forget," but our every day actions show the rest of the year show differently. 

As time went on we all drifted back to a regular day to day. We and our politicians dug back into our political trenches. First in ways like withholding military funding and money for the First Responders Survivors Fund, as a way of grandstanding and playing politics with people's lives. Then, as we were struck with another test of our resiliency and humanity, a large portion of our country, who have pumped full of lies from Trump, Republican politicians, Fox News, Alex Jones and and other right wing media outlets, refused to come together to fight off COVID. They were willing to give up freedoms with "The Patriot Act" but wearing a mask is a bridge too far. They want Trump's name on the COVID Vaccine, but they refuse to get the vaccine.

"Never forget! Never forget! NEVER FORGET!"

Yet 650,000 Americans have died in the last couple years since COVID hit, with more every day and most people forgot them seconds after they passed. The number of COVID deaths is equal to 9/11 happening 217 times. Why is it so easy to forget the lives lost from COVID?

Americans yelled "Never Forget" after the Sandy Hook school shooting, but nothing legitimate was done by our leaders to prevent it from happening again. School shootings and mass shooting continue and many forgot all about the young children from Sandy Hook who would have been starting high school this year.

Americans seem to have no problem forgetting. Forgetting loss, forgetting facts, forgetting science, forgetting history. What we forgot most was our decency, compassion, humanity, our togetherness.

So when you post your yearly "Never Forget" bullshit, think about how much you really have forgotten.

Republicans, Trump and His Cult Have Ruined My Wife

 

It's a proven fact that my blogs get more views if I start off with some eye candy, and with the state of our country, I feel more people, especially the dolts need to be reading what I have to say...Not because I have a big ego, but because I'm right...So now that you've seen the wife, we're moving on...

If you've been here before, you know I'm a Democrat...I lean Left...A Liberal...I'm not offended or bothered by that term, the way people on the Right wish I was...Most of us aren't...My wife, she is the "Bleeding Heart Liberal" they are talking about when they try to use that as a slur as well...It's not...

The thing...Ok, one of the things I don't get about the Right, is how they always look down on the "Bleeding Heart Liberal"...And yes, I'm looking at you "Christian Conservatives"...The things you say you believe in are the the things the "Bleeding Heart Liberal" fights for...How they live their life...(Now I agree with my wife but this post is about her so...) 

My wife wants equal rights for all...Fucking EVERYBODY...All races, genders, religions, you name it she wants them all treated fairly and equally...She wants people to get paid a living wage so they can feed their family and have a roof over their head...She donates money to charities or "Go Fund Me's" when we have it...She wants to help people...She wants great education for everyone and she doesn't want everyone to be paying student loans for half their life...She doesn't want to see our government take kids from their families and lock them in cages...Nor does she want to see our government put immigrant women through forced hysterectomies...(That's some Nazi shit)

She believes in being kind and giving...All shit the "Christian Conservatives" should be agreeing with and fighting for, right by her side...I'm saying this based your "Good Book"...WARNING : going off on a side note....You religious right dummies...Trump this morning was tweeting that Joe Biden and the Left want to close all churches permanently...Hey stupid! Between these two guys, Joe Biden is the only one that goes to church every single week...Trumpy goes golfing and lines his pockets with tax payer dollars while he's overcharging for the rooms his staff and Secret Service have to use...

She believes women should have the right to choose what to do with their bodies, including getting an abortion, even though having an abortion would never cross her own mind...She believes that religion has no part in government, but you are ALL free to believe whatever hocus pocus you want...Just keep it in your place of worship, and in yourself...WARNING: Side note...I know all of you “pro-life” people must be upset that Trump took a drug made with Stem Cells...Oh, you don't follow Science...Regeneron, one of the "therapeutics" Trump has been getting treated with, that no other sick American could legally get, is made with fetal tissue...So that means you can't vote for him right, you hypocritical cunts?!?

My wife, for years has told me, when I was having a fit of rage about anything from politics, to an asshole picking on one of our kids, to some one fucking up my order at a restaurant, "Don't say that...Don't wish death on people"..."Don't wish bad things on people"...She'd tell me how I don't want that type of Karma on me...She'd say how that shit comes back on you...I would try, around her to ease up on it...Honestly, I always felt and I'm sure I wrote in a blog somewhere, that Karma is for weak minded people who just need an excuse to blame bad shit on, because they can't handle the reality that life is often a big kick in the dick...But over time, she got me to change a bit...But honestly, my rage still gets the better of me too often...

Then Trump happened...And Trump was bad enough before 2020...Then 2020 mixed with Trump...All the Trumpers, the sick fucking cult that they are...Fucking #MoscowMitch McConnell, lying, closet case, Lindsey Graham...(Yes, he pays young men for sex...There's a book coming out, unlike him!) And racists, murderous cops, be protected and defended by Republicans, Trumpers...And the White Supremacists, being openly proud, and threatening...And COVID...And the lies and misinformation spewed by the White House...And 210,000 dead Americans and counting... 

And the lies, on top of lies, on top of lies...Did I mention Trump, Kushner, Ivanka, Pence, the Idiot brothers, and Melania....

So we hit October 2020...Trump fakes getting COVID as a campaign stunt and he's playing "reality TV"...You can read my last three blogs all about that...But a switch flipped in my wife...This kind, loving, caring person, who puts everyone ahead of herself...Who tries to see the good in everyone...Who wants the best for everyone...She has had enough with Trump, his enablers and his cult...

No one would be surprised if I told you I smiled and said "I hope the lying cunt dies" when Kayleigh McEnany tested positive...No one was surprised when I wished death on Trump and his "Whore wife" in my blog, on Twitter and Facebook...But if you know my wife, you may be surprised that she has applauded and been happy as a pig in shit when all these Republican, science denying, 'COVID is like the Flu' assholes started coming down with it...

You mother fuckers are so fucking corrupt and evil...You lying mother fuckers, got one of the sweetest people in the world, hoping you all die...Maybe that's karma...They're all so fucking awful, they even have good people hoping they die and rot in the Hell they believe in...

Welcome to my third installment of Lying, Asshole, Trump is using COVID as a Campaign Ad...The FIRST was Friday...The SECOND  was Sunday...Now here we sit, me being right...AGAIN...

Saturday and Sunday Trump tweets videos saying he’s doing well, just before the nightly news...Monday they announced he’s leaving the hospital at 6:30, the same time the nightly news starts...He’s getting constant free TV time...And with it promoting his lies that COVID isn’t that bad...It’s all political theater...And boom just like that, all but 4 minutes of the nightly news was covering his motorcade and helicopter flight...The “reality TV” President just played everyone....

Now he’s thumping his chest about beating it...if he actually has it, which I still don't believe...But if he does, he’s getting a treatment regimen that is not legal for anyone else to get...If you roll into the Hospital with a positive COVID test and say, I want the stuff Trump gets, they'll not only say no...They'll most likely send you home to quarantine until and tell you to come back only if you show severe symptoms...They'll tell you no, because those treatments Trump is getting are not yet "approved" for public use and are still in the "testing" phase...Also, he needed to get a special exception for those treatments...The type of exception normally only given to someone in the worst case scenario....

And as for that show they put on at the White House...I won't post the videos...Fuck him...I'm not putting his Mussolini/Hitler- like propaganda videos up on my page...I'm bullshitting...There was press that was filming from across the way, and White House reporters posting and tweeting about Trump and his crew doing reshoots of him entering the White House and retakes of his speech where he was trying to spew his bullshit that COVID isn't that bad...

He's saying it's not that bad...But this weekend the White House Gift Shop started taking pre-orders for "President Donald J. Trump Defeats COVID" collectors coins...I'm not bullshitting...And While Factcheck.org flagged my Facebook post about it, they clearly didn't bother to click the LINK...It's the White House Gift Shop's website...

This has all been a campaign ad...This is the only thing Trump has done well in his career...Put on a "reality TV show" and sell idiots, shitty, made in China merch...

He has played the American public and the American media for fools...You know I'm right, because we all see his ignorant cult members every day...We see their stupidity in full force as they blindly believe everything he says...As they scream against wearing masks...As they scream against people peacefully protesting, while they violently protest....America has a "Reality TV" President and we did it to ourselves...People bought the myth that a non-politician was the answer to our ills, but it made us sicker...

The Republican party repeatedly enabled him, wanting to grab as much power as they could...They bought his bullshit and now with each Republican that gets a positive COVID test, I get a smile....I feel no sympathy for those who denied science...I feel no sympathy for those who had none for the first 210,000 Americans that died from COVID...

Again, his morning Trump was spreading the lie that COVID is less deadly than the seasonal Flu...210,000 Americans dead from COVID...This fucking "Clown"...

Yes, Facebook got something right and removed it...Twitter hid it, but it's still visible just with a warning first...These action lead to dipshit tweeting to "REPEAL SECTION 230"...Listen, section 230 has cost me two Twitter accounts and has gotten me suspended many, many times...Most of those for Calling him an Lying Asshole...For calling Tucker Carlson a racist cunt...For Calling Melania and Ivanka Cunts...For calling fucking racists, fucking racists...For calling Kanye a fucking idiot...Now, I feel all of those statements were true...But I took my penalties like a man...Unlike Trump, who like to act like Mr. Tough Guy, but then cries on the rare occasion he's held accountable for one of his countless lies...

 Trump’s doctors say he's doing well, may even be released tomorrow...Yet someone on his staff yesterday, which we later were told was Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, said he wasn’t doing that well and condition was still quite serious...Then Trump released a video talking about “miracle” drugs coming and thanking world leaders for “their condolences.” Yes that’s the real quote...There is a point were he says "therapeutics" then makes a very odd face...I think that odd face is a tell, that he is either stupid and doesn't know what the word means, or that he's lying and spewing bullshit and knows it...My wife thinks it's a edit...That he coughed and they edited it out to make to keep that he's doing well narrative strong...

I have never believed he had, COVID, because he has made it clear he never tells the truth when it comes to COVID as well as many other things...”it is what it is” right?

...I think the White House (Mark Meadows) leaks are trying to make it sound really bad so that he can come out acting all badass, that he beat it...Puffing out his chest and umping up his campaign and supporters...all the while, he never had it...because they don’t have to show us his medical records....

Plus "he’s getting" a treatment that isn’t even approved yet but he’ll pimp it as his “miracle” cure and say ‘see, I told you a miracle will make it go away’....But it’s not approved and fully tested, so us regular fucks won’t be able to get it for another year or two...

This administration has proven time after time that they will lie at all costs, about anything...and that they will do anything to win...Don't trust them...Don't believe them...Like I said in my previous POST, I'll only believe he has it, if he dies from it.

It's Time to Impeach Trump...For Real This Time

 

This picture sums up who the First Family...Who the Trumps really are...They don't care about kids they had ripped from their parents and locked up in cages...They don't care about the troops, living or dead...They don't care about the the nearly 200,000 Americans that have died from COVID...As he famously said, on video, "It is what it is"...Thing is, he has clearly said a lot of things and people are finally stepping up and saying enough is enough...He has also said a lot of things on tape...As world famous, and National treasure Bob Woodward showed us...Trump did 18 "on the record" interviews...Woodward records everything when it's "on the record"... 

I just saw Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany argue with the White House Press room saying a quote in Woodward's book was "allegedly" said...To which the reporter said, "It's on tape, we heard it"...Bitch continued to lie saying "The President never downplayed the Virus"...WHORE! We all heard the tape! ...(If you haven't, stop burying your head in the sand and realize what a fucking disaster, liar and criminal this fucking asshole is.) ...Your boss told Woodward he downplayed it...That he "always wanted to downplay it" and that he still downplays it...He said it in the same conversation when he said it was at least "5 times more deadly" then our most "strenuous Flu"...FUCKING CUNT! This bitch makes $183,000 a year...Taxpayers pay that salary of hers...Bitch should be fired today...

Congress should be calling for her firing today...As well they should be Impeaching Trump....The Trump administration has knowingly and willingly lied to the American public about the seriousness COVID-19...The committed fraud...They told people to protests against their mayors and governors for having mandatory mask policies, while knowing masks would help as Trump told Woodward on February 7th that "You just breathe the air and that’s how it’s passed,” adding “This is deadly stuff.

Then Trump went on to downplay it in his briefings as did McEnany...He held maskless rallies...He called COVID-19 a "Hoax" as thousands and thousands and thousands, now nearly 200,000 Americans die...As he was telling Woodward in the same week how "deadly" and "tricky" it is...He admitted at a rally that he had testing slowed down to make the numbers look better...Meanwhile he has been tested multiple times, daily...Everyone around him is tested daily...You don't get near him until you are tested and come back negative...

Now we have Trumpers and even non-Trumpers, bashing Woodward for not reporting this sooner...For not making Trumps quotes public before finishing his book...Hey you fucking assholes why the fuck are you holding an author to a higher standard than you hold the President to?  It's like you're admitting you know the guy is a worthless, evil, criminal fuck, but you don't care...

Trump himself, lashed out today that if Woodward thought his quotes were so bad and dangerous, he should have released them "immediately"...Trump knows he's a lying asshole but he's trying to paint himself as a victim and the guy reporting it as the bad guy...

He lied to the people he works for...The people he serves...But he doesn't see it like that...In his mind, he doesn't work for us...He doesn't serve the United States, we work for him...And the worst part is, his loyal 38% this is his base will stand by him...They have fully bought into his bullshit and lies...Many of them who would have raised up their arms if President Obama did this shit and behaved like he does...

I'm no lawyer and I'm not nearly as smart as I like to think I am but I'm willing to bet there are lawyers right now preparing to hit Trump an McEnany and all the other complicit, liars in this administration with a lawsuit, as they are criminally negligent in the deaths of tens of thousands Americans...And you know what?  They are... 

It is time for our elected officials to start respecting The Constitution and us again...It is time to remove the Trump Crime Family....Between the Woodward tapes/book, his comments about fallen military, telling people to vote twice and fucking with the post office, I think there’s plenty of reasons not to vote for this prick...More importantly, there are plenty of reasons to impeach him again, completely this time Republican senators!

Tomorrow is September 11th...Millions of people will be posting tributes to those we lost on that day...We will be inundated with "Never Forget" posts...That's great...We shouldn't...We also shouldn't forget the 200,000 Americans we have lost to COVID-19 many because Trump "downplayed it."

A Quick Monday Moaning

I bypassed the normal Monday Moaning in honor of my Traditional Beverly Potts post...But I came across a video that had to be shared...

Warren Sapp and Cris Carter speaking with last year's NFL rookies...A thing that is done every year, to help rookies look out for pitfalls, and how to adjust to NFL life, and blah, blah, blah...

Well now we know what is really being said there...

It was former 49er Chris Borland who brought this to light in and interview for stupid ESPN the magazine...Borland felt like he wanted to walk out while hearing this bullshit coming from Carter.

He knew why the fuck he was there...The only education he was there to give was to 'stay out of the police report...Don't get caught...Have a fucking fall guy to cover for you when you break the law, as you surely will, because you're in the NFL and that's what we do here!'

Don't send a couple star former players to tell these kids to stay away from problem friends, and leaches...Don't tell them how to handle their money wisely...Don't tell them to avoid bad situations...Juts tell them don't get caught.

Open Letter to JDIN827

This post, like many before, is inspired by one of the biggest, Ohio State/Jim Tressel/Cleveland supports you will ever read...Her posts are tired, as they all seem to be the same rah, rah, bullshit, copied and pasted from her last post...But last night, she didn't bring all that garbage to the table...Instead, she just brought her pissing and moaning, because 'everybody is always picking on Ohio State!'

So I wanted to explain to her why her beloved Buckeyes are getting dumped on so much more than other programs...First, read her brief cry-fest HERE...

And yes, in case you didn't see, Miami_is_in_Trouble...

So first, people aren't jumping up and down on Miami, because the story is just breaking...All the dirty little secrets haven't been brought to light, dummy! Second, let's all be honest, this is the shit we all expect from Miami...This won't be the first time that they end up in hot water with the NCAA, and it won't be the last...Maybe it's seems unfair princess Suckeye, but that's just the way it is...

Why is it that way? Because Tressel crafted an image of being a wholesome, aww shucks, Christian, goodie two shoes, who parents trusted their kids with...Oh, and his teams played good defense and could run the ball...When Tressel stepped onto the campus, he brought respectability back to Ohio State, on and off the field...Why people thought that, I don't know since he just spent a number of years cheating at Youngstown State...And many of us knew about that before the big Sports Illustrated article!

Why did bloggers call Tressel a liar and cheater you ask? Because he lied and cheated! It wasn't just the cover-up he perpetrated, but then the lying once he was questioned...He knowingly played 38 players who should have been ineligible...The worst part to me is that more heads didn't roll...The AD should have been whacked too...There's no way that bastard didn't know about any of this...I'll get to that in a minute...

Lovely JDIN827, you brought up UNC getting busted...Well, again people weren't surprised...Butch Davis may be a good coach, but no one turns a bad program around that quick without some shenanigans...Oh, and it was Butch Davis...You know, Miami Butch Davis! Now I said I'd get back to the Ohio State AD...He had to know about some of the crap going on there...But why would he stop it...Ohio State Football brings in hundreds of thousands of dollars a year...And Football keeps the Athletic Department running...Most major Universities have 16-18 varsity sports...Ohio State has 40...Including a women's Hockey team that loses $1 million a year...A women's Crew team which just had a $5 million boat house build, and loses $1 million a year...As a matter of fact, most of the 40 programs lose money...

So the AD has to push his Coach to win, and win now, and contend every year...So of course Tressel was under extreme pressure to produce winners repeatedly...There is no way he didn't know the pressure Tressel and his staff were under...And there is no way that Tressel was the only member of the coaching staff that knew anything, or covered anything up...

The hammer should have been dropped on Ohio State, but they have been one of the NCAA's crown jewels for too long, and they make the NCAA too much money...So JDIN827, and all you arrogant, Jim Tressel nut swinging, douchebag, Ohio State fans, you should just shut up and be happy that your team got off as easy as they did...Stop worrying about other schools' problems, and focus on fixing your own...Stick your tears, and your rah, rah, sis-boom, bah, up your ass!
