Today we dropped our oldest daughter off at college. Normally a BIG moment in people's lives and for families. But it didn't have that exact feel that you expect, because like so much in these times it was kind of fucked up. You see, this event was meant for last August, but two weeks before move-in we were informed she would have to do her first year online from home, yet the only money we saved was on her dorm and meal plan. Personally I think some of the tuition should have been kicked back to us as well.

Sadly, fucked is something becoming normalized for us. Her Senior year of high school got fucked by COVID and then going away for her first year of college get fucked by COVID. Now there she is, a second year student feeling like a freshman...with things still fucked by COVID. Still on high alert. Still wearing masks still not getting the full experience.

 I said fucked by COVID, but at this stage things are fucked by COVID mostly because of the ignorant, Trump loving, FOX NEWS watching selfish, brainwashed, fucking assholes! Fucktards that would rather buy fake vaccine cards instead of getting a free vaccine. Cunts who would rather buy cow deworming medicine instead of getting a free vaccine. Dipshits who scream about the evils of vaccines while they have had a lifetime of getting vaccines and never bitched about it until Tucker Carlson and the crazy QAnon lady told them to.

 By the way, all Fox News employees are vaccinated and have to show proof and wear masks at work. They and those jack ass governors in Florida and Texas don't care if you and your kids live or die. These cocksuckers are screaming that mask mandates are "government overreach," yet them making laws banning mask mandates and cutting funding for school districts and staff if they do implement mandates, is somehow not "government overreach." Sorry dickheads, you can't have it both ways!

These fucking people who scream "my body my choice" about wearing a fucking mask, but never gave a damn about anyone else who said "my body my choice." Typical Republican hypocrisy. 'My rights to not wear a mask are important, your reproductive rights aren't.'

These fucking dolts are out here trying to shutdown COVID testing sites and vaccination centers. They are screaming to not allow children to wear masks...Children who cannot get vaccinated yet...And they say God will protect them and save them. These types of religious people are the worst because they cheery-pick what God is good for. They give him credit for creating this and that, damn near everything, themselves included, but somehow, in their uncle fucking mind, their God didn't create smart people and doctors and scientists. 

They'll thank God for when they won that high school football game back in the day and they'll thank God for the food on their table, but their God had nothing to do with science? Odd huh? Since Science helped figure out growing that food...And what, God was all in with the butcher shop and the grocery store and the trucking industry that got everything where it needed to be so you could eat, but God has no hand in the people who create medicine and vaccines. God has nothing to do with the amazing Doctors and Nurses trying to heal people and save lives? 

Okay God will save you people, here's the deal. When you or your spouse get sick or your kid, that you as such a great parent, didn't protect, gets sick to this point pictured above...FUCK YOU! Don't go to the Hospital! Go to church! Call up your God. Ask him why your kid is dying. Ask him to help. 

If you're lucky enough enough to get an answer, you know what he'd say? Hey asshole, I gave you a free vaccine and scientific experts who told you what precautions to take, and instead you bitched, moaned and complained like a bunch of cunts!

The Day After

 

It is the day after the election here in the United States and we don't know who won yet. As stressful and annoying that is, it's okay. I want every single person who voted, to have their vote counted, unlike the sitting President who last night said he wanted the counting to stop. 5 Pennsylvania Republicans also filed a lawsuit trying to stop the counting of provisional ballots. I don't understand how a party that always beats it's chest talking about our greatness and how we are example of Democracy for the world, is trying to silence/void people's votes.

I guess it all falls in-line with the Republican HYPOCRISY  I have posted about MULTIPLE  times. I won't put in all the links, just scroll, you'll find them.

There is a something that popped in my head yesterday that I tweeted out and I stand by it. If the Democratic Party would have run Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson for President, he would have won in an epic landslide. The landslide so many of us wanted. That's how fucked up this country is. That's how fucked up politicians are. People don't like or respect them (generally speaking) anymore. We have a "Reality Tv" star/conman as our President, and he would have been smoked by a professional wrestler/actor. This is where we are.

I'm truly baffled by the number of people that voted for Trump. What are they voting for?  This Orange, jackass who has LITERALLY LIED PUBLICLY EVERY SINGLE DAY. This is a man who has supported White Supremacists, Domestic Terrorists, Lied about how bad COVID was going to be. (It's on tape) Continues to lie about how bad COVID is. We are over 230,000 dead Americans. Over 1,000 died yesterday. He had children taken from their parents and locked in cages and now we have over 500 kids who's parents we can't find. So those immigrants/refugees so many of you didn't want here. They're here and your tax dollars are paying for them. So what is it that you are voting for? You voted for a lying, racist, conman, who supports the idea of domestic terrorists kidnapping a Governor. WHY? Please explain why? And you are not allowed to say because of the economy. 1. The economy is shit. 

2. Analysis of economic performance since World War II under Democratic versus Republican presidents shows that the claims that Republicans are better at managing the economy are FALSE. Data has shown that the economy has performed much better during Democratic administrations...Economic growth, job creation and industrial production all have been stronger.

So why? 

Talking heads keep hyping up the highest voter turnout ever and Biden winning the highest popular vote ever. Yeah, so? Idiotically we don't count popular vote. Also, While Biden has gotten the most votes ever, Trump is number two on that list. that's sad and frightening.

Let's talk about Polls. Can we all agree that Polls are stupid. They are religiously wrong. Pollsters don't look at a big enough sample and oh yeah, people fucking lie. Stop listening to Polls. Stop doing Polls because it doesn't matter what media group, news outlet, or independent agency is doing them, they are all bullshit.

 

As for the election process, the stats that came out today that key battleground areas had their postal service processing production slowdown from 95% to between 61% and 82%. And then there is this...

That's a lot of missing ballots. I say this as not just as a Democrat but as an American, all these missing ballots deserve to be counted and the fact that they are missing gives both campaigns reason to bitch. Mail-in voting has greatly leaned towards Biden and he should contest every state with missing ballots, including those he has won. This is an election where a padded lead matters. Remember we are living in a "Reality TV" presidency and optics matter.

It's 2020 and the country that brags that it is the pillar of democracy can't seem to figure out how to do fair and unfucked with elections.

In the end, nothing changes at all. No matter who actually gets to 270, nothing changes with the Congress. Two sides dug in so hard that they refuse to work together and refuse to work for the people. Yes, this election shows Dems making inroads with the people of Texas, Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, but also showed Republican support increasing in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Michigan and other places. It seems that that party lines mean more than issues. It means more than 230,000 dead fellow Americans. It seems the country is more divided, and unwilling to try to come together.

 While there was huge voter turnout, races (not just presidential) are very tight. I see this as a chance for a third party to step up and try to reach from both sides and bring people together. I don't want to say make compromises, but building on the things "we" can agree on instead of what we don't.

But somehow, the two parties will come together to crush any hope of that.

America is broken as fuck.

Election Day Message to the Hypocritical Trumpers

 

Honestly, I could just leave it with that, but I just thought I would share a few more things. A month and a half ago I did a post the MEME NATION we have become and I thought I'd take that road again.

My one brother got suspended for 30 days on Facebook for pointing out irony and the hypocrisy of Republicans. this is what he posted.

Funny how Republicans and Trumpers love to call people "Snowflakes" yet they are the ones always crying foul and reporting people's posts that hurt their feelings.

There was a video that broke tonight on Twitter, of a large group of Trumpers who chased a 20 year old who had a Black Lives Matter flag on her car. They ripped it from her car followed her, surrounded her in a parking lot. Then men and women threatened her, one man approaching her, armed with multiple guns, challenging her to come at him. When police arrived, they let all the Trumpers leave and treated this young lady as if she was the criminal.

Johnny Patriot, your Thin Blue Line, Blue Lives Matter, racist fucking flag breaks Flag Code. You're no Patriot!

How about some more Republican hypocrisy!?! The Pro-Life party that is riding along with Trump as he says COVID is not a big and it's going away, while 230,000 Americans have died and cases are spiking in 42 states. Or the fact that they are okay with ripping kids from their parents and locking them in cages.

And aren't the Republicans that always say they're the fiscally responsible party. We have a local race here in PA, that is driving me nuts. Here’s an idea, how about we outlaw these idiotic election fliers and ads I get every day in the mail. That way the postal system won’t be as bogged down with useless, nonsense mail and maybe we save some trees. Republican, Dan Laughlin, I don’t need a flier every single day for the last 3 months. The amount of money your campaign has wasted on shit that literally gets thrown in the garbage daily, is astonishing!

Doesn’t come across as very fiscally conservative or intelligent!

But that falls in-line with the Republican hypocrisy.

To be fair, I’m not a huge fan of Laughlin's opponent Julie Slomski either. They both have lame attack ads. He his a Republican attacked for voting like a Republican 97% of the time. How Shocking! (Sarcasm)

She is attacked for accepting her salary at her job. Holy shit! She got paid! Oh the humanity! (More sarcasm)

Just Another Barstool Hit-Piece

Yeah, gotcha with a nice piece of eye candy...

Barstool Sports' newly demoted, former Editor In Chief loves to brag about the hits and pageviews he racked up. Easy thing to do when you post "the Smoke-Show of the Day," twice a day KMarko. I know the book on eye candy drawing traffic Keith. I wrote that bitch back in 2007.

I don't like Barstool's KMarko because he's a douchebag. Also, for years he blew me off. I won't deny it, while I was co-owner/operator and writer at YouGabSports.com I had applied to Barstool a few times. I knew I was no journalist but wanted to get wider readership of my shit. I drew good numbers at YGS as well as when I was at the Sporting News Blogging Community. But he blew me off. I even submitted for a writing gig again in the last year. Heard nothing. I started tweeting posts at Barstool staff to try and get it in front of their eyes and maybe get lucky. Does this sound bitter? It sounds bitter. 

Yeah, it bummed me out. One of the reasons is because I feel the crap I write is better than most of the stuff they post there now. You see Barstool's best writers, don't write that often anymore. They have followed the times and do more video content, radio (Sirius/XM) and podcasts. I don't blame them, they have some of the best podcasts out there. KFC Radio, Zero Blog Thirty, Pardon My Take, The Token CEO, They're all excellent. Call Her Daddy kills it too, it's not really my thing, but I respect it. 

Barstool has expanded and dabbles in so many worlds now. In the early days it was blogs about sports, shit talking, maybe some wacky shit that happened in the news and tits and ass. Now they have radio, podcasts, people playing video games on Twitch, multiple gambling shows, a gambling app. They have a show now completely about "The Bachelor"...You can watch Barstool staff watch "The Bachelor" and then do a show about it afterwards. WTF!?!

I never expected Barstool to stay what it was, but I hate that the blogging is an after thought. Some people still like to read and use their brain as opposed to listening/watching a podcast pontificate or you know, watch people watch TV. I don't call myself a "Stoolie" and don't get on reddit and don't run my day around Barstool content. (yes there are people that do that) 

I have some merch, from the specific shows I support like KFC, ZBT and PMT...I use to check the site at least once a day. I use to watch Dave Portnoy's Pizza reviews. I don't anymore. I use to like his douchey "brick by brick," man of the people schtick. But now it's become I'm a rich douchebag schtick. Portnoy is the man that created Barstool and he really did build it "brick by brick" and worked his ass off for everything for years. I respect that. But he just seems like a douchebag now.

My growing dislike started before his Trump interview, but that pushed it over the top. Portnoy has always prided himself on Barstool not getting into politics and made it clear to the company that those are waters he did not want them going into. So much so, that Big Cat (Dan Katz, One of the top dogs there) turned down having Joe Biden on his show Pardon My Take. Then behind his back, going against what he's always said Portnoy does an Interview with Trump. 

Let's be clear, this "interview" was a campaign ad to try and grab some younger voters. It was exactly the type of interview Trump loves. No "tough questions" like 60 Minutes. Why the hell would the President of the United States have to answer tough questions?

If you missed it, I give you a quick recap. Portnoy kissed Trump's ass, then started stroking himself...Trump replied by stroking himself, then stroking Portnoy...Portnoy tongued Trump's balls while stroking him, then stroked himself some more...Trump replied by stroking himself while fingering Portnoy's ass...Eventually they blew each other, Trump finished and Portnoy had to finish himself off.

Portnoy defended himself talking about how no one would turn down interviewing the President. He acted as if he didn't toss up softballs. He didn't like the criticism that he did no follow-up questions, trying to fall back on while they are a huge media company, they aren't journalists...He denied that this was all purely a campaign ad.

This whole thing pissed me off. I now ignore all Portnoy content. Like I said it was getting annoyingly douchey anyway. But I find myself checking out less and less Barstool content, outside of KFC, ZBT and PMT. 

Why? 

I often didn't use the Barstool site to checkout some content because I'd be checking it out the next day or hours later. It was easier to find on their YouTube page. Example, The Barstool Rundown. Now, with all Barstool content on YouTube, I am getting hit with Trump ads. this isn't some dumb-ass YouTube algorithm. I've been signed-in to my YouTube account for 15 years. If they had an algorithm they were gearing towards me it would be all ads with sexy women in stockings, beer, chef knives and guitars. When Portnoy did that "Interview" with Trump, Barstool got into bed with the Trump campaign. 

I can't and won't support something or someone who supports a criminal fuck like Trump, who has now let 230,000 Americans die because of his lies. And that number keeps growing every day.

Monday Moaning: The Hypocrisy of Republicans

 

Yep, that's what continues to go on with many,(not all) but many, way too many Republicans...While "Regular Joe" Republican can really piss me off for being so ignorant, blindly loyal, stubborn and/or downright stupid as fuck, I take bigger issue Republican members of the House and Senate who have stood by and let Trump get away with whatever he wants...Things they would raise hell about if any Democratic President had ever done them...For Christ's sake these people went bat-shit crazy because Bill Clinton (good at the job but a scumbag) got a blow job from an intern and shoved a cigar up her vagina...But now, the Family Values party stands by a guy who has sexually assaulted women and teenagers, been married 3 times (2 divorces) and cheated on all his wives...Even worse they all knew what he was like and said the shit out loud...But they cowered when he pushed back...And now they all do his bidding...

...And I've got a local Republican here in PA (16) Mike Kelly, running for re-election who couldn't be bothered to do his job this weekend....

Yep, that's the type of shit-bag Republicans I'm talking about...His opponent there, Kristy Gnibus, is a single mother who is also a school teacher, and has also had to carry a couple side jobs...And she's a lot smarter than Kelly...She's one of us and she's running a grass roots campaign that's in striking distance of that shit-bag....

I am going to say the same thing here (but with more hate probably) that I said on social media when I shared this...Anyone who thinks 176,000 deaths from COVID or anything, is acceptable, is a fucking asshole!!!  Yes, including you fellow Democrats and Independents...But the fact that 57% of Republicans polled feel 176,000 deaths is acceptable should boggle are damn minds...This is the "Pro-Life" party we are talking about...These people are the "All Lives Matter" party...Yet they feel 176,000 fellow American COVID deaths is ok...This, without a doubt shows just how full of shit they are...They are the definition of Hypocrisy...

This is just another sign...You ask how?  Trump and many of his inner circle often vote by mail...Yet they are fighting states that allow it or want to allow it for the upcoming election...Slow down the postal service, limiting the days carriers are out, limiting how much moves each day, fucks with mail in voting...

He wants to control us...He wants to silence any voices that speak out against him...He wants to silence the voices that screaming against systemic racisms that his family and so many others profited from...

Another day, another fucking idiot....

Many people have strong political opinions, myself included...And we all think our opinion is right...The thing is, mine is! Yeah, that's an arrogant, dickhead thing to say...But I try to keep it honest here...

Today we are going to talk about these idiot fucking protesters...Protesting the stay at home orders...It started in Michigan and Wisconsin and Virginia and more and more have been popping up...I love that we live in a country that allows us the right to peaceful protest...The thing about these protesters...Like this bitch above...They're saying "My body my choice"....A statement they vehemently fight against when it come to abortion rights....

I get it, staying home for a month sucks...Not working and not making money sucks...You know what else sucks? Dying...Your loved ones dying...add to that, you can't even have a funeral for them...And if you want to try and throw that Sweden's using "Herd Immunity" to beat it, they aren't...10% of Sweden's cases have died...So fuck you, you're stupid! 

Think about 10% of the U.S. population dying from this...Staying at home isn't that bad now, is it?

Let's get back to the fucktards in Michigan....

These dumb mother fuckers thought a great way to protest was to start a gridlock in front of a hospital...You know, prevent ambulances from getting in...Preventing staff and sick people from getting in...These Confederate Flag waving fucking assholes are the same fuckers that bitched about "Black Lives Matter" protests that slowed and stopped traffic...These are the same types of rednecks that ran down peaceful protesters with cars...

Funny seeing the double standards hard at work...I'm willing to bet if "Black Lives Matter" protesters showed up fully armed with AR-15's and sidearms and extra magazines in their vest, they would have been surrounded by SWAT teams...You're fucking being told to stay home to not get sick and not get others sick, and you're crying like a bunch cunts...

I get it, you're fucking stupid...So here are some facts...People can carry this virus for 2 weeks without showing symptoms...That's two weeks of unknowingly spreading a horrible, killer virus...There areas where 70% of the population are carrying it and don't even know they have it...So stay home asshole!

I was listening to Opie Radio this morning on SiriusXM...The genius that is Bill Burr called in to promote his stand-up show that will be coming to MSG this Fall...It classic Boston comic fashion, to get the special pre-sale tickets Burr made the password for the MSG show, "Larry Legend 33"....Hilarious!

Bill Burr also got off some quality rants about the NFL going after Tom Brady and the Patriots...Something he does often on his Monday Morning Podcast...During his rant, shredding all of the the NFL, he gave all the listeners a tip...A great website...YOUR TEAM CHEATS...Yep, everyone is doing it!

The Patriots weren't the first, or only team to get busted for "Spygate"...Just the one we heard about, and that got blasted in the media...The Saints weren't the only team to have a "Bountygate"...

There have been "Contractgate's"..."Salarycapgate's"..."Practicegate's"..."Tamperinggate's"..."Headsetgate's"..."PEDsGate's"..."Noisegate's"..."Steroidgate"..."Injurygate"..."TextGate"...The Colts had "SuckForLuckGate"...You name it, there's a fucking "gate' for it...and at least one NFL team has done it...Kind of makes this whole "Deflategate" shit seem even more silly!

Not only does this whole under-inflated footballs things seem fucking stupid to me, but what YourTeamCheats.com also shows, is how the NFL picks and chooses which violations it pimps out to the media, to push the narrative that the NFL wants...Besides that, it shows that the NFL doesn't treat all infractions the same, punishment wise...It seems each team is treated differently based on the Goodell's whim...

Over the last couple years I have had an epic hatred growing for the NFL...The league's tax exempt status, while it makes billions of dollars...Paying Commissioner Goodell a salary of over $44 million in 2012...The league trying and sometimes succeeding in ruining the doctors that found CTE in former players, and have linked it to the constant head trauma players deal with...Then there is the seemingly non-stop criminal activity of NFL players...Domestic violence, drug use, assault, DUI's, gun charges, and on and on...

But the NFL doesn't want any of these things talked about...So they push a story about under inflated footballs, and attack a league icon, so they can be perceived as tough on crime! The NFL is the definition of hypocrisy!

Many people were bothered by Brent Musberger commenting, and complimenting Alabama QB, AJ McCarron's girlfriend, Kathrine Webb...Yeah, he brought it up more than once, but shit, he was trying to keep that game lively...

Even worse then this bullshit, public outcry, was that ESPN came out and apologized for Musberger's behavior...Funny since the "World Wide Leader" is well know for the high amount of sexual harassment that goes on in Bristol...These fuckers really piss me off...

The fact that ESPN apologized for Brent talking about a hot woman is idiotic....She's a woman, not a young girl...She graduated from Auburn...She makes her living as a model, showing off her body, and good looks...

She objectified herself long before Brent talked about how attractive she is...Also, isn't ESPN geared mainly towards men...So showing a hottie and talking about her doesn't seem like something to apologize for...It seems like the smart move...That's why ESPN hired Samantha Steele, Erin Andrews, and Michelle Beadle...And that's why two other networks threw money at two of them to get them to leave...Sex sells...Especially to horny, couch potato men!

U2 Full of Bullocks

I've always been a fan of U2...Being Irish, I kinda have to be...But I have always loved their music...When I was young, my brothers took me to the old Cleveland Municipal Stadium for The Joshua Tree tour...That was it...I was hooked...One of the best albums of all time...One of the best shows of all time...

Since then, U2's stage shows have gotten bigger and bigger...So has Bono's ego...And his mouth...I don't mind the ego...Front men have that...Hell, I think they need it...The big mouth was always kinda cool too...He used his celebrity to try and help people...he made noise about things that many people didn't want to hear about...I always thought that was great...

U2 has always been involved in humanitarian work...They've also never had a problem talking about the environment...Now listen...I'm no hippy dippy, tree hugging, the sky is falling environmentalist...I think there are some things that can be done to improve things...But really, we're all guests here on Earth...When it's done with us...We'll know....

"Global Warming" "Climate Change" "Green This" and "Green That" are more catch phrases then anything else...Scaring people about the environment and "fixing" the environment is becoming big business these days...But whatever...I'm not really here for a political debate...I'm just here to call out some hypocrisy....

U2 wants to talk about humanitarian work, and being more "Green"....Well then what the f**k is with this....



That's U2's Stage setup for this tour...Cost...$40 million...Little excessive, don't you think boys?
$40 million...You could do some good sh!t with $40 million...I know, lights and screens and all kinds of goofy sh!t is cool...You know what else is cool...Four guys, on a stage playing their songs without a bunch of smoke and mirrors....

Oh, and how do they get this massive stage setup around...with 100 tractor trailers...That's 100 big ass trucks burning diesel fuel...I think you could have trimmed the show down to maybe 50 truck loads fellas....

Oh, and in case you were wondering...Tickets start at $49 (nose bleeds) and go up to $250 (some what close to the mosterous stage) I've seen some packages for the seats right up in front for over $500...I've also read and heard that they aren't playing a number of the classic songs, because Bono is having trouble hitting the notes...

And since I'm being a d!ck to one of my favorite bands of all time...The last couple albums have blown...I won't be spending my wife's hard earned money on any U2 shows for quite some time!
