 So the NFL final four is set, and to no real surprise, we will see Seattle face San Francisco, and New England will take on Denver...BRADY VS. MANNING....Again!  Well all you Manning lovers, Brady has won 10 of the 14 meetings they've had, and he's going to take another one...Why am I so sure of this?  BECAUSE I SAID SO!   Oh, sorry, sometimes I just get stuck in Dad mode...Anyways, because Brady is better...He owns Peyton...Because the Patriots are better...Because no matter who is injured on their squad, they will find a way to beat you...Look what they did Saturday...All the sudden, they were the NFL's best rushing team, pounding the ball down the Colts' throats all night...Total dominance...Who knows what wicked plan they'll pull out for the Broncos...Who cares, they're gonna win...It's Monday, and you're getting "The Lock of the Week" already!

 So who will the Patriots be facing in the "Super Bowl" per me?  Well, that would be the team I signed my fandom to at the beginning of last year, the Seattle Seahawks...So, no matter how much it pains my wife, and her family, and the many Gabbers that hail from New England, I'll be all in with the Seahawks....

 -Moving on to college football...Penn State, the home of child rape cover-ups have hired their second coach to follow in the evil footsteps of Joe Paterno, after Bill O'Brien took the Houston Texans job...Next to try to erase the stains left by Sandusky, Paterno, Spainer, McQueery, and all those fucking assholes is James Franklin, formerly of Vanderbilt...Nothing like Penn Rape hiring a guy who was accused of covering for some of his players who had raped around campus, to help re-establish their reputation!   They guy was "cleared" by Vandy, but come on...Do you really want a guy with that hanging over his head, when your school has been through what PSU has been...What dummies!

 -Speaking of dummies...The Baseball Writers Association made their picks for the Hall of Fame, and as usual, they were fucking idiots...No 100% vote for the likes of Maddux and Glavine..."Ruth, Cobb, Mays, no one got 100%!"   SO FUCKING WHAT...That doesn't make it right...It just makes you stupid!  And shorting Craig Biggio by 2 votes...Fuck that...Dude has the numbers, and clearly wasn't 'roided up... Four gold gloves, 3,060 hits, damn near 291 home runs, and 414 stolen bases, 668 doubles, and 55 triples, 1844 runs, and 1175 RBI...Damn good numbers there for a Catcher turned Second baseman...

I also think Tim Raines, and Mike Piazza should have gotten in...Piazza has the 'roids cloud held over him even though there has never been anything that has implicated him, except for the era that he played in...But as a catcher, Piazza's numbers are there...But for some reason catchers get overlooked by the HOF...Do you know how many catchers are in the Baseball Hall of Fame?

But the biggest news about the HOF voting was Dan Le Batard of ESPN, who has also been a baseball writer in Miami gave his vote to Deadspin to let the public give their imput on who he should vote for...over 30,000 people voted, and he filled out a legit ballot based on that...His ballot did not include Jacque Jones or JT Snow...Unlike a few other ballots...Yet, Le Batard was stripped of his vote for life, and banned for at least a year from the Baseball Writers Association...I thought this was ridiculous....Then I watched Keith Olbermann, and he pointed out just exactly how disgustingly full of shit the BBWA is....





Well, don't those guys look stupid!?!

Monday Moaning (Salad Tossing edition)

Lots of shit to talk about this week, so lets get right into it...Thursday night news broke that the Cleveland Browns had hired a new head coach...I had planned on going to bed early, but the news broke just around 11:00PM and I had some shit to say on Facebook and Twitter...

The Cleveland Browns hired a guy that the Cleveland Browns had twice fired...No, I'm not lying...The Browns hired Rob Chudzinski...He was last the Panthers Offensive Coordinator...A position he held in Cleveland, before getting shit-canned for the second time...Thursday night, I wrote that I was "Officially tapping out."  I'm standing by those words...I am done with the Cleveland Browns...Fuck fan loyalty, players and owners show no loyalty to fans...I've had enough of the shit football that as been played in this town, since 1999...Why is it so hard to hire a proven, winning NFL coach...'Cause the Browns refuse to...The Browns can Eat my ass!

Fans seem about 50/50 on the hiring of "Chud"...Those who are happy with it, point to the 2007 season when he was the Browns OC, and their offense was really good...Lets be clear, no team that he has been an OC of, has ever made the playoffs...In 2007 the Browns were 10-6...They didn't make the playoffs...Also, they all seem to refuse to look at the 2008 season, when his Browns offense was #31 in the NFL...31!  "Chud" can eat my ass!

You know who else can eat my ass...Peyton Manning, and the nut-swinging sports media that love him so much...Peyton choked again, but how the talking heads wanted to stick up for him...The guys at BARSTOOL nailed it...The only thing worse is the ESPN darling, Ray Lewis...The most annoying, obnoxious, camera mugging, accessory to murder but got off, piece of shit, alive...I mean this totally...100%...I hope some one on the Patriots cripples him next week...Fuck that guy!

And while people are eating my ass...How about those high and mighty, ass-hat, baseball writers who vote for the Baseball Hall of Fame...These twats decided to not elect anyone to the Hall this year...They all are hiding under the umbrella of the whole steroids speculation...And that's the problem, right there...Speculation...Very little has been proven, so all were punished...That and the assholes who try to say a guy "isn't a first ballot Hall of Famer"...Holy shit, that's retarded...If he's a Hall of Famer, then that's it...No questions about it...And a guy like Craig Biggio, with over 3000 hits and never any speculation of 'roids should have been put in...His numbers are right there with other Hall of Fame second basemen...

But the best statement about what transpired, came from a commenter on ESPN.com...Of course it wasn't from some one who worked there...My pal AFD clued me into this guy Rob Erickson's comment....

"So the baseball writers who were covering the sport every day and watched guys' numbers and muscles inflate at an inhuman rate for years and didn't say anything about it are punishing the guys who aren't even suspected of using PEDs for not snitching... on their friends and teammates? Because they didn't feel like doing their own job as journalists, they're blacklisting an entire era of players for not doing something they weren't willing to do themselves. Great, shut out anyone who played in the steroid era. Just take away the HOF votes of any journalist who covered the sport during the steroid era too."

And since I got an ESPN dig in there...Let me get another, because there's always a reason for them to eat my ass...Am I the only one who noticed that they love talking about coaching, with two certain members of their staff...Two certain ex-head coaches...Some how, these two ex-coaches are the know-it-alls when it comes to coaching...Odd, since they both have losing records as head coaches...That's right, Eric Mangini, and Herman Edwards....Shut the fuck up and go win some games before you tell us how to coach, or eat my fucking ass!

And how can I forget lance Armstrong?  Lance has finally decided to come out and admit to having cheated....A sport that most people don't care about, that had hardly any credibility, now will have it's only star confess to being a fraud...And who will Armstrong confess to?  Not a sports journalist...Not even a sports news reader...No, he's going to give confess to a rich bitch, who can't stick to a diet...That's right, Oprah...Just another reason not to take Lance or his sport seriously...This is simply a PR move for him...He's trying to save a bit of his rep, and repair the damage he did to the charity he started, that so many are thankful for...Lance, Eat my Ass...Just don't bring Oprah...there won't be anything left for the rest!

All this talk of SALAD_TOSSING reminded me of the "Macho Salad"....

Does anyone else have their eyes stuck on those socks? I didn't think so!
I figured I'd start with a fun pic, since I have a feeling I will spend most of this post writing about what assholes people are...

First there is the big NEWS that broke Sunday Morning...




Yep, Penn State finally did something right...They took down the statue of Joe Paterno...But they didn't stop there...They took every bit of that bullshit they had up on those limestone walls..."The Coach, The Educator, The Humanitarian" all the words praising Paterno are gone as well...And they should be...Anyone who covers up child molestation, cannot be called a "Humanitarian"...Shouldn't be called an "Educator" because he wasn't teaching the right things...As for "Coach," who the fuck cares...He was a liar, and a fraud, who enabled the evilest form of creep to prey on young boys, for years...I can only hope that Paterno is in the worst hell anyone can imagine...He deserves it...

Yet, there are people who think that removing the statue was wrong...One bitch called it a "Knee-jerk reaction." Really? It's been talked about for a couple weeks...And by Penn State standards, it's the fastest reaction they have had to anything having to do with Jerry Sandusky raping kids, and Paterno, Spanier, Schultz, and Curley covering it up...

The worst has to be Franco Harris...I have only seen one other person with his level of blind loyalty, and that person is just a stupid, gash, blogger! I'm not making this up...Franco Harris actually said these words...“After I read the Freeh Report, I feel even more strongly about Joe and about his non-involvement in any type of cover-up. There was no cover up. No way would Joe ever cover-up anything like this. No way would Joe protect Sandusky or protect the football program.”

Okay, clearly Harris needs to have his fucking head examined...I'm guessing he must be suffering from a number of concussions from his playing days...He can't really be this fucking stupid!

Harris feels Paterno is the victim here, and it's all the fault of the Board of Trustees...“The Board of Trustees has made every bad decision along the way. These decisions, I’d probably say just about every one, have done things to hurt Penn State.”

I would say, the biggest mistake the board ever made, was not firing Paterno YEARS ago! Not just for the Sandusky shit...Hey, "JoePa" covered that up...They should have fired him for being an old, average coach, whom the game had passed by...The fact that they were too afraid to do that, just let things get worse with all the lies he was willing to take to his grave...Franco Harris is an asshole...He's not alone...There are tons of people out there, just like him...I've heard plenty on the radio, and the news...There's a real problem with the increasing number of stupid people we have in this country!

Next we have to see how hard the NCAA comes down on PSU...For anyone who thinks they shouldn't....You too are an asshole! For the first time the NCAA could take a real stand, and let all Universities know, no matter how big a program, that they won't stand for this kind of bullshit...Yes, the NCAA could take a stand for something other than sports and money...A social stand...That would be amazing...

Sunday, the Baseball Hall of Fame inducted Ron Santo...Too little, WAY TOO FUCKING LATE! The greatest honor the game has, and these fuck-stains waited until Santo was dead...I wish the Santo family would have let me give the acceptance speech...I would have burned the whole fucking place to the ground, metaphorically speaking...As I pointed out in that post I told you to read, Santo's number are right there with the greats at his position, who had no problem getting in...Those ass-hats that vote, make me want to puke in the soup...




-As for other news...Well Friday there was that fucking asshole in Colorado, who opened fire in a packed movie theater, during a midnight showing of "The Dark Knight Rises"...What a piece of shit this fuck-tard is...Luckily, Mrs. Beeze and I aren't deterred by things like that, and we headed out to see it Friday evening...Here's MY_REVIEW of it...

Fuck the Baseball Hall Of Fame

A year ago, on the day he died, I wrote THIS about Ron Santo and the Baseball Hall of Fame...

Today it was announced that the veterans committee have elected to put Santo in the Hall...'Better late then never right!?!' NO! Fucking wrong!

Everyone who has voted against Santo should be stripped of their voting privileges...Clearly, they have no clue about what they are doing...That post I have linked above compares his numbers to the great Brooks Robinson...Robinson, who many say was one of the greatest 3rd basemen of all time...And I would agree, but Santo's stats are right in line with his American League counterpart...

Yet it took Santo dying, before these ass-hats realized he belonged in the Hall of Fame...Now he won't get to enjoy it...His family won't get to enjoy it, because he won't be there...I honestly hope his family tells the Hall to go fuck themselves...

I often talked about wanting to go there...Then last year when Santo died, I told myself I'm not going...Never...I still feel that way...As a matter of fact, I'd love to see that idiotic place burn to the ground, along with the homes of those who kept Santo out of the Hall all these years...You're all fucking assholes...

I hope Santo is resting in peace...And I hope those who disrespected him don't.

Ron Santo has Died and the Hall of Fame is Still Waiting for Him

Chicago Cub legendary 3rd baseman, and longtime Cubs radio announcer, Ron Santo died today at the age of 70, from complications from bladder cancer...Santo battled health issues most of his life, including losing both legs to his battle with diabetes...

During his playing days, Santo was a fan favorite, playing along side greats like Ernie Banks, Ferguson Jenkins, and Billy Williams...All 3 are Hall of Famers...Hall of Famers who wonder why Santo isn't in there with them...They aren't the only ones...I know I've mentioned the Hall's lack of credibility in the past...Yes, I said lack of credibility...Santo not being in the Hall is a disgrace...

Santo played 2243 games, scored 1138 runs, had 2,254 hits, 365 doubles, 67 triples, 342 home runs, 1331 RBI, with a .277 batting average...He wasn't a slouch in the field either, winning 4 Gold Gloves...He had 9 All-Star appearances...

Now growing up, when it came to 3rd baseman, my father compared everyone to his favorite, Hall of Famer, Brooks Robinson...Here's his stats...2,896 games, 1,232 runs scored, 2,848 hits, 482 doubles, 68 triples, 268 home runs, 1,357 RBI, with a .267 batting average...Of course, Robinson, a god with the glove, has 16 Gold Gloves...Other than Gold Gloves, the numbers are pretty damn even, and both these guys played in the same era...

Later, 3rd baseman started being compared to Mike Schmidt...So lets do it...2,404 games, 1,506 runs, 2,234 hits, 408 doubles, 59 triples, 548 home runs, 1,595 RBI, with a .267 batting average...9 Gold gloves...Other than the Home runs, Schmidt's numbers don't tower over Santo either...And Santo carried a better average then both Robinson and Schmidt...

And if all that isn't good enough, Santo had a Hall of Fame worthy career in the broadcast booth...Many people didn't like how he showed his emotions and his loyalty to the Cubs when he called their games...But he was honest, and he was good...

Baseball...The Baseball Writers...The Hall of Fame and it's stupid committee should all be ashamed of themselves...One of the game's greats should have been enshrined in the Hall of Fame years ago, and now he is gone...He was cheated out of what he deserved...And Baseball fans who visit the Hall of Fame have been cheated as well...

I don't know how you feel, but Katy Perry's pictures in "Rolling Stone" may be my highlight of the week! I mean, I took two weeks of vacation, then worked a double on Saturday, and worked Sunday...So after vacation, Katy Perry's deliciousness has to be the next best thing!

In case you missed my first post back from vacation, here_it_is...Then there was Volume_2...Volume 3 will be coming tomorrow...Lots of good stuff in thoughs about the Little Beeze...

In the Sports world, which I haven't paid much attention to in the last few weeks, the NFL Football Hall of Fame inducted one hell of a class this weekend...Russ Grimm ...Rickey Jackson... Dick LeBeau...Floyd Little...John Randle...Jerry Rice...Emmitt Smith...Seriously, that is some serious talent...That said, I have to wonder, is the honor of being inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame watered down...These guys were all great players, but look at the Baseball Hall of Fame...They're real pricks about letting guys in...Guys who have the numbers, but they make them wait...Just ask Bert Blyleven!

In the world of Golf, Tiger Woods has completely fallen apart...It didn't watch any of it this weekend, but I've seen and heard the updates...Dude has lost it...I've got a bit of advice for Tiger and the PGA...Get some strange for that man...When he was banging every skank that walked by, he was killing it...The PGA needs to set him up in a hotel with 5-10 of these gashes for a week or so...I'm sure he'll get his swing back then!

In Hockey news, after much talk about it happening, the deal is done...Mike Modano,40years old, signed a one-year deal with the Detroit Red Wings worth $1.25 million, with a possibility of earning $500,000 more through performance based bonuses...The Wings always seem to manage to get one more year out of guys, and I think they'll do it again with Modano...Even at 40, that's a pretty good third line center...

LeBron James returned to Akron for the first time since he made his "Decision" to "take his talents to South Beach" this weekend for his charity bike-athon...It seems that finally, one of his handlers got in his ear and told him to say something nice to the fans in Cleveland..."The King" finally thanks his fans in Cleveland and North East Ohio...Based on the mood here, it may be too little, too late...



I'm glad the guy does some good charity work for kids, but he's still a tool!

It's been some time since I posted those words...Well at least it feels that way...The vacation to Boston was great...It always is...And it's always hard to leave...I've posted a couple chapters on the trip, and I'll be posting the third tomorrow...But now we have to get back in the moaning back on track...

I'm gonna start with The Baseball Hall of Fame...Congratulations to Jim Rice (it's taken too long for him to get his just due) and to Rickey Henderson...Rickey always seemed like an asshole, maybe that's why I liked him, and he was a no-brainer to get in...

That said...F**k the Hall of Fame! I said it...I don't care if you don't like it...I'll continue to say that until Bert Blyleven and Ron Santo get in...And ya know what...Pete Rose is a douche...But he should be in there too...

On a very sad note...Boxer Vernon Forrest was murdered Saturday night, in what appears to be an attempted robbery...To manyForrest was simply known for be a talented fighter...But what was more important was the charity work he did...He helped to create and establish Destiny's Child, Inc. which is a number of group homes that provide housing and assistance to mentally challenged adults...
