History Class: Defend the Constitution

Remember way back in elementary school, when they taught us how the United States could never fall under the power of a dictator...You know, like a Fascist asshole, like Hitler...We were taught our country was the cat's ass because we have three branches to our government...We were taught the phrase, "Checks and Balances"...Simplistically meaning none of these branches was all powerful and they all made sure each other did not overreach...Here, I'll take you back to what they taught us at St. James Elementary School with some nice pictures....

 

Look at that...See what is at the top?  The most important thing...The Constitution...All the members of these three branches along with the military swear an oath to defend the Constitution....Remember that ok...

So ass President Trump has sent in secret police to Portland to beat and gas peaceful protesters, I have been raging on social media, screaming where are the Legislative and Judicial branches, standing up to defend the Constitution and people's 1st Amendment rights? And don't come at me with the Fox News and White House spin...90% of all the violence has been started by Trump's secret police...



Yeah, I know MSNBC leans left...But the reporter that did this interview is actually there on the ground and has had to dodge the the the secret police fire...Her name is Maura Barrett, give her a follow....

And these secret police, what they do, every night the come out get violent with protesters, blast them with tear gas, pepper spray, pepper pellets, rubber bullets, flash-bangs, beat on some people "arrest some people...Then they fire off a bunch of flash-bangs and tear gas, and they high tail it out of there...They don't guard that building all day long...They make a violent seen every night and then dip...They beat the hell out of a woman dancing with flowers the other night, then arrested her, I guess for bleeding on the public property...

My rage got even hotter today when I saw video from last night when a group of cops jumped, beat and arrested a 14 year old girl, marching for Black Lives Matter...What did she do wrong? She yelled at a White Supremacist who had run up and punched another protester...If this doesn't make you angry, in my eyes, you're either not the religious person you claim to be, you're a racist, a coward, fascist, a traitor, (not just to this country and the Constitution, but to humanity) or you're all of the above...

A few days ago I posted THIS, which gives the complete playbook that the Trump administration is using...It's the Fascist playbook and they are nailing it....It's terrifying and even more terrifying how many cheer it on...

Tweets like this give a bit of hope...Others are seeing it and also being vocal about it...

Then finally, tonight I got to see some of Attorney General Bill Barr's testimony...The best part was Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal calling out Barr and Trump's bullshit and double standard for how they treat which protesters...She clearly reads my blogs!





We need more members of the legislative branch speaking up...From BOTH fucking parties! We need Supreme Court Justices getting in front of microphones and saying what the Trump administration is doing, is unconstitutional...

I have never been one to say this, but fuck it, it's too damn important...Call/email you Senators...Call/email your State Reps, tweet at politicians, hammer these fuckers...They are suppose to represent us...Our tax dollars pay for their salaries and lifetime healthcare while we scape by...and we know they're getting their pockets lined by special interests...That's a battle for another day...These people work for us and we need to remind them that the swore an oath to uphold and defend The Constitution...

While talking with "conservative" Alfonso Aguilar on her MSNBC show Saturday, she got quite upset that Aguilar referred to Paul Ryan and a "Hard Worker"...Not upset about calling Ryan a "hard worker" in the same way I would have been upset, because I don't believe you can any of the DC politicians hard working...She was very upset about how the term "hard worker" as compared to slaves....

She tried to finish strong by lumping every "conservative" together, and maybe even all white people, with this...

Poor Aguilar sat there looking puzzled by what the hell was happening...

I've Had Enough

Yes, CNN I've had enough...The same goes for HLN, MSNBC, FOX, ABC, NBC, CBS, all of you...I've had enough...I brought this up Monday, feel free to scroll down and read that...But the bullshit coverage won't stop....America's Issue with Race? I'll tell you what a big factor is...YOU ASSHOLES....Constantly trying to force race down everyones throat...Over the last few months I have gotten a feeling like CNN is pushing for a race war...And since the Zimmerman trial ended, and they didn't get the verdict they wanted, they are still pushing race...He got off because he was white-ish, and the kid was black...

Bullshit, he got off because the prosecution was a fucking joke...

From the second Trayvon Martin died, it's always been about race...Did Zimmerman profile...Ummmm, yeah...Why? Because black youths had been breaking into homes...So he saw a black youth...He thought he was acting sketchy...Shit went down, and we may never know all of the truth...But he shot the kid...He never denied that...He was found not guilty...But these so called news people can't let go...They won't stop harping on this...Constantly pushing race...

Well, I'm sick of all this white guilt bullshit...I don't feel guilty for being born white...I don't hold it against the world that my Irish ancestors got shit on...They pushed forward and made their way...I didn't have shit to do with slavery, and none of my family did...And if you're black, and my age or younger, slavery had no ill effects on your life, so nut up...

But the media is just full of white guilt...They we always throw the story of a non-black killing a black in our faces...Trayvon has been pushed down our throats for over a year...Hey, I feel bad the kid is dead...It shouldn't of happened...But while that is pushed down our  throats for a year, there are countless crimes ignored...There are countless black on black crimes getting no attention...Go to Chicago, and look at the bodies piling up...Why not give some coverage to the gangs of black youths intentionally targeting and attacking whites at the Wisconsin State Fair...Why is it that THIS blog of mine, was the most coverage this story got...You know, nothing big, just a couple of black teens shooting a 13 month old baby in the head...No reason for Nancy Grace to go looney toons over that!

I haven't put on CNN today...I've been too busy, but the last two nights of Anderson Cooper and Piers Morgan, feeling guilty that George Zimmerman got off, and pushing that it's all because Martin was black has lead me to never put that shit-bag station on again...Stop apologizing for being white...None of us had a choice of who made us...If you want to cover how awful it is that a kid was  killed, then start talking about them all...And start talking about why...Was it a gang shooting in Chicago again? was it a couple of punks trying to rip some one off?  Was it psycho mom tossing a child off a bridge?

Kids are dying in this country every day...They're dying all over this planet, and they are dying in awful ways, and far too soon...If you really want to do the news, then start covering them all...Otherwise, shut the fuck up!

Monday Moaning

The Olympics kicked off this weekend, and unfortunately they started in a very tragic way, as Georgian Luger, Nodar Kumaritashvili, died near the end of a practice run Friday...It was an awful accident, and I can't imagine the suffering his family and team are dealing with...

Friday night the Opening Ceremonies kicked off, and I'll say this...They put on a nice production...But I could do without all the hoopla, lip-synching, and look at all this crazy technology on the floor...Never mind that all listings said it would start at 7:30PM...But it didn't start until 9:00PM...Then when it came time to light the big-ass flame...I got a laugh out of the whole thing...Ooops...A little of that high-tech floor didn't work so well...

As you can see the fourth penis didn't rise up out of the floor...Somebody get that Canuck a Viagra! (Joking people...I love Canada, and all you wacky Canadians...Hell I got hitched in Canada!)

Sticking on the Olympic topic...I've never liked the NHL shutting down the season, and letting the pros go to the Olympics...For them I'm sure it's a great honor...But for me...It's just f**king up my hockey season...

Besides that...Part of the selling point of having the pros go, was to get more interest in hockey...And the NHL specifically...You know, I'm gonna watch...But they want to turn the "casual fan" onto the game...And you would think the NHL's deal with NBC would make sure some of the marquee matchups would be televised on NBC...Nope!

Not even the U.S. vs Canada matchup on Febuary 21! It will be on MSNBC...God I hope Chris Matthews doesn't keep jumping in and interrupting the play-by-play...That f**king guy can't shut his stammering ass up!

Hey, I've got MSNBC on my system...Most people do...By if the "casual fan" is watching the Olympics...They're on NBC...They aren't gonna go looking for Hockey!

Once again, another FAIL by the NHL and NBC!

Moving onto my life...The boy...Little Beeze, was surprisingly well behaved this weekend...And I have to say, he was playing the cute card a lot...And playing it well...I have to take video of this dance he was doing...He calls it his dance...It's hilarious...I'll have to post it soon...

My weekend started early...But not in the best way...Wednesday night I started getting a bad case of the green apple splatters...It continued through Thursday...The Imodium didn't help a whole lot...Thursday night I was sitting on the crapper and I thought, 'I can't work like this...So I called the Fish House to take Friday...I call off maybe once a year...And never on Payday...But I knew I couldn't do it...

I was told I needed a Doctor's note or paper work...They don't trust us hard working, loyal employees there...Even though the bosses are the ones who call off all the time...So as dumb as it seems to me, to have to go to the doctor for a case of the sh!ts...I went...Dude took good care of me...Wrote me out of work for the whole weekend...Ha! I could have gotten through Saturday, but the doctor said no boss...I don't feel guilty at all!

Then came the rough part of the weekend...The wife made me go see the movie "Valentine's Day" with her...For going I would be repaid with a _low Jo_! (what begins with a B and ends with a b, has a low Jo in the middle, and always feels good?) That's right kids....B J!

So it's a win/win situation...Even better...There were actually some laughs in the flick...Memo to Hollywood...If you make a "Chick Flick" be sure to have some laughs for the guys...Another bright spot...Anne Hathaway is hot!

The things we'll do for love...And a good knob slobbin'!

I hope everyone had a good Valentine's Day...Let's end this with a classic "Love Song." I'm feeling the eighties tonight...
