Hank Johnson who represents the 4th District of Georgia has set the bar high...No this isn't about Health care...Not about taxes...Not about the economy...It's about stationing Marines on Guam...And well, Mr. Johnson is worried that adding these extra people to the population of Guam could cause the island to, "Tip over and capsize."

Holy shit! I've seen some stupidity in my lifetime before, but that one takes the cake.
So the island is going to tip over and capsize, eh? Well, maybe we should set a budget and purchase some tie straps to hold it down to the ocean - that should do the trick.
